Message:

Dictatorship For Governorship

You, young Africans better start having your voice heard at those Africa Union Summits because your future is a stake. You, young Africans better start making Africa’s politics work for the people of Africa.

What will you say about trading Dictator’s position for a Governor’s Appointment - United States of Africa ? Will the Head of States give up their present position for a ten year appointment as the Governor of a United States of Africa appointment? How many Heads of States can assure themselves that they will be in their a ruling position the next ten years? There are no guarantees. This could be the negotiation tool to transform all the 53 African’s Countries to a U.S.A.

You may ask - what about the African’s people right to vote? The African’s people will have their chance. But for now - the task is to create a peaceful - negotiation tool to transform the present situation to an United States of Africa. To remain in office after the ten year period; they will have to be re-elected

Those Africans who are selling Africa out by pumping millions and millions barrels of oil for African’s soil - trying to get all they can; while the getting is good, are not going to give a dam ten or twenty years form now when they are dead and gone and/or all the oil is gone. So, you young Africans better start demanding that your government start doing what is best for Africa and your future. You can not do any better than supporting Col Guaddafi and his efforts to establish an United States of Africa.

Do all you can to support his efforts. I can not tell you what to do, because I am two-thousand miles or so away (U.S.A.). I started to say - start a Continent-wide partition to submit to the United Nations demanding that Africa transform its government into a United Government (based on human rights needs and unjust system of government), but it appears that Col Gaddafi may have future plans to promote the idea of an United States of Africa that young people can get involved in. It is my opinion that Africa needs more young people with an interest in government. It is my opinion that most of the old Leaders are shell shock and war weary from the fight for Independent, struggle against the Apartheid, and the war against dictator’s.
On one of the web site, it had a statement for the readers to respond to. The statement was “Gaddafi Condemns Africa Democracy.” “The new African Union (AU) chairman, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, has said that multi-party democracy in Africa lead to bloodshed.”

My reply to the above statement was:
If they are not civilized enough to deserve an open system of government, then what good will it do? I do not think it is so much as to the system of government all the fuss is about, I think the some African’s leaders use that as an excuse for violent as Gaddafi quoted, for example, the violent following the Kenya election.

It seems that some Africa’s leaders use African Democracy to promote violent and disorder to obtain UN funds. Africans Leaders are using African politic for corrupt means. Take the incident in Zimbabwe. All that disorder and lack of cooperation among policies parties were unnecessary and unjustified. Africans Leaders are using politic for corrupt means and are not accomplishing anything worthwhile for the African people. I blame it on Foreign aid. What happens when they get the Foreign aid, !Nothing. Does the people benefit for the Foreign aid? !Definite - No. Does the Foreign aid help build the infrastructure of Africa? Again, Again and Again - No, No - No.
The more I read and study as to what is going on in Africa; the more I become convince that the majority of the Africa Leaders are using Africa politic as a scam. I truly - agree with Col. Gaddafi in condemning Africa democracy

Quite a few people are concerned about Col. Gaddafi - AU appointment. They seem to fear his political and economic policies. But keep in mind; AFRICANS NEED TO DO WHA IS BEST FOR AFRICA; and Africa seems to have been on a good road to developing their Country during Dr. Dr Kwane Nkrumah rule over Ghana. “….By the time his Government was overthrown in that dreadful coup of 1966, he had established 68 sprawling state-owned factories producing every need of the Ghanaian people, and this was within the space of nine (9) short years. Among the factories were a distillery, a coconut oil factory, a brewery, a milk-processing plant, a lorry and bicycle plant, a modern oil refinery, an iron and steel works, a flour mill, sugar, textile, cement factories, shoe factory, a glass factory, a tyre factory, a meat processing factory, two canneries for fruits and tomatoes, a chocolate factory etc. This was in addition to building the huge hydro-electric plant at Akosombo, the nations major source of electricity supply, a motorway from Accra to Tema….”

I am an American and I love my Country. I love its economic system and most things about America. But when it comes to Africa I have to say that Africa has to do what is BEST for Africa. And this is where I feel that Col. Gaddafi is the best man suitable for that task. He is the one person I feel can unite Africa if anyone can. I hope that the AU, its Members, African Leaders and the African’s people will get behind Col. Gaddafi and unite Africa.

As I said in one of my other posting; don’t let Africa get robbed again. Africa was robbed when Dr. Kwane Nkrumah of Ghana was overthrown. Don’t let that happen again Africa. Don’t let that happen again.

I, too was concerned about Gaddafi’s economic system because I did not know too much about it. To sheds some light on that subject here is a quote from of the writers comment about Col. Gaddafi economic situation in Libya:
Added: Tuesday, 3 February, 2009, 16:32 GMT 16:32 UK

viva Gaddafi, i for one supported Gaddafi, to unite
africa, It is a dream but it can come to reality if we
african realize it. Gaddafi is a good ruler in africa, if
u visit libya u will see a big difference, most libyan
have food on there table every blessed day, libya
economy is strong and the country is develop, if
we have twenty of Gaddafi in africa, africa should
have been the best continent in the world, All
african please get up and support Gaddafi sierra

What so good about - boasting - boasting about pumping millions and millions of bbl of oil per day from oil wells. What so wonderful about that - when all they are doing are just wasting resources and trying to get all they can get while the getting is good. Because, in about ten, twenty or thirty years for now all that oil will probably be gone and so will they. So, why should they give a dam when they and the oil will probably be gone. Africa better start preserving its resources and use them wisely.

In about twenty or thirty years from now the U.S. probably will not give a dam about what type of economic system Africa develops because the U.S. will probably have an oil free economy in about ten, twenty, or thirty years from now. So, Africa better do what is best for Africa.

Message:

While surfing the World Wide Web, I ran upon some information concerning the United Nation Millennium Development Goals. I must confess that I did not have time to read and understand all the material I came upon, but I could not resist from making my comments noted.

A portion of one of the article read as follows:

At their 2005 Gleneagles summit, the Group of 8 industrialized nations predicted that their
commitments, along with those of other donors, would double official development assistance to Africa by 2010. Excluding the substantial debt relief to the region, notably for Nigeria, preliminary data show that bilateral official development assistance to Africa rose by 9
per cent in real terms in 2007. Despite this increase, an even more rapid rise in aid to Africa is necessary to reach the Gleneagles projection for 2010.

Who Kidding Whom?
I do not need a PhD in Economics to know that the Group of 8 industrialized nations or anyone else commitment to donating such a great deal of money to undeveloped Countries will be attainable by 2015; with the rise of inflation and all kinds of economic crisis. This is why I have my doubts about the International Community and the United Nations Policies toward Africa. Why don’t the United Nations take a stand that will make Africa independent of having to beg for Foreign Aid like a dog.

It is my understanding that one of the Millennium Development Goals - is to End Poverty by 2015 and another is to Develop a Global Partnership For Development. After reading the information on the Millennium Development Goals, I am more convince of the recommendation I mention in a previous e-mail to you dated a few moths ago.

As a lasating solution to Africa’s problems; I can not understand why the United Nations have not DEMANDED that one of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals does not require that Africa be declared as a united government - an United States of Africa. THIS IS THE REAL SOLUTION TO AFRICA PROBLEMS. The mere fact that Africa become an United States of Africa will give Africans pride, and more enthusiasm - to do more - and achieve more. It will give them the insensitive to achieve. Is this - what everyone is afraid of? Even African Leaders - themselves seem to be afraid of succeeding.

I hate to say this, but it seems that the United Nations have more estate in Africa not become a stabilized Country as those who oppose Africa success. Everybody knows that AFRICA CAN NOT SUCEED AS INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES. Why can’t they see this. Foreign Aid does not do anything but corrupt. Even I can see this. It appears that it is more to Africans advantage to take Foreign aid money under the table than to build the infrastructure of their Nation. I guest that is why everyone is so willing to give Foreign aid to Africa. Foreign aid have not built anything. It has not in the past and it will not in the future. When Foreign aid start building the infrastructures of Africa that will probably the day Africa never receive any more.

And you know as well as I that Africa is capable of providing for itself. This can be achieved. It not nearly as difficulty as you or some else would like for me to believe. It is as simple as on - two- three. YES simple as - one - two - three. It can be accomplished at the upcoming African Union Summit 26 January 2009 - 3rd February 2009 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

First: Demand that the Africa Union, it Members, and Africans Leaders declared Africa a united Government - an United States of Africa and enforceable by Africon.

. Put into effect and implement all of Africa’s Regional Development Plans; whether they a complete or not.
. Implement a Monetary Policy
. Implement anything else needed to complete the transition of Africa into an united government.
. How much money doe the United Nation spend in Military hardware to support and implement military projects in Africa?
. How much aid money the United Nations spend for Medicine, HIV/Aid treatment in Africa?
. How much money does the United Nation spend to feed the poor in Africa?
. Wouldn’t it make more sense to demand that Africa unite as an United States of Africa and pay for its programs with its own resources? Implement fair trade agreement across the board to assure that Africa gets a fair price for it goods. Wouldn’t this make more sense to let Africa pay it own way. As a United Government - it can. And you know it can.

“Something stink in Demark” so the saying goes. Or, I smell a rat, or whatever. Things begin to smell like economic slavery or Colonialism.

As an United States of Africa - Africa can pay it own way. Why is this so hard to see? I could understand it if it was only the International Community and the United Nations; but the African Leaders are just as guilty.

Thank you,

Letter To Col Muammar el-Qaddafi of Libya

Mission of Libya to the United Nations
Attention: Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi.
309 East 48th Street
New York, New York 10017 U.S.A.

Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi.

You may have notice my support of the idea of creating an United States of Africa - in my document entitled “An African Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation” and other documents; I support you (Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi) as the first President of An United States of Africa. You may not have gotten some of my documents because I had Lybia confused with Liberia .

I have read plenty of material on Africa since the AU Summit - Accra, Ghana 2007. One of the document I read was entitled “Why We Oppose Gaddafi, By Yar’ Adua. The document consisted of a seria of blobs. I expected more from Nigeria President Yar’ Adua than beating around the bush. He talked about the mistakes the EU made during its development period. Yar’ Adua needs to forget the EU. We are talking about Africa. Africa has to do what is best for Africa. Yar’ Adua criticisms of Quaddafi and the Africa Union centered around the fact that every thing that is wrong with Africa should be solved before even considering uniting, and this is ridiculer and stupid.

I would like to get Yar’ Adua comments on “….Is there anything against African Countries setting their own standards. Must we aspire to be like the US or the EU? Cannot we aspire to be something else but better than other countries?”

I read another article and the though that remains with me is - that - Col Gaddafi has Arabs ties and have on occasions invited Arabs from other parts of the World to come and reside in Africa. Making Africa their homeland.

The article “Why black Africa should resist Arab domination of AU read as follows:
Why black Africa should resist Arab domination of AU
By ChinweizuPosted to the Web: Friday, September 01, 2006

Part I: The Arab Quest for Lebensraum in Africa"
“The third of the Arab community living outside Africa should move in with the two-thirds on the continent and join the African Union "which is the only space we have' - Col. Mouarnmar Gadhafi of Libya, at the Arab League, 2001

Many AfriKans take great exception to the sentiments and views expressed by Col. Gadhafi at the March 2001, Amman, Jordan meeting of the Arab League. --Prof. Kwesi Kwa Prah, 2004, in a paper to the AU [both quotes in Bankie and Mchombu eds, 2006:217, 235]Besides joining Prof. Prah and the other Afrikans who take exception to Gadhafi's statement, I should like to point out that Gadhafi's invitation to his fellow Arabs is nothing but a declaration of race war on Africa.

On another occasion I logged on to the United States of Africa blob - web site, and read quite a few of the remarks in response to the question - “Is African unity a dream worth pursuing“?
I notice a great deal of concern for the political views of Africans in the north as opposed to those in other parts of Africa.

On that web site, Philip A Boldit in Texas, USA writes“A United Sates of Africa is a dream that is attainable. I think that eastern (western) Africa, together with South Africa will be the first to achieve this dream.

But what Africa needs now is the assurance from the big powers, like UK, France, USA and China that a united Africa is not a threat to their interests.
African Arab countries of Sudan, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Morocco, and Mauritania will have a difficult choice: They will either look more to the Middle East or accept the political reality of being Africans ahead of anything else”

As a results of the article entitled “Why black Africa should resist Arab domination of AU and the comments on the United States of Africa web site, I was encourage to write the following reply which the African Union Association was provided a copy.

As you will note in my proposal, entitled “An African Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation”, I suggested that Libya's Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi be appointed the first president of Africa.
As Christians, which include a large number of blacks in Africa; it is my belief that their religion can withstand the challenger of opening the highest role of government to Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi I can not think of any other way of uniting all African within a short period of time than by giving Col. Qaddafi a chance to unite Arabs and all other Africans as one. This will at lease give Arabs a chance to start thinking of themselves as Africans.

I think it is more important to give Col Qaddafi the first chance to unite Arabs as African than for - lets say - for Nigeria President or Kofi Annan to prove their concern for Arabs. As President - I do not think - being President will in no shape or form be a problem for Nigeria President nor Kofi Annan to embrace Arabs as Africans. It appears that the problem will be for Arabs to embrace Africans as their brother and sisters. As President of an United States of Africa this will be Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi job.

Africans have survive wars, Colonialism, the Apartheids and all kinds of endurance, so I believe that they can survive one more test of their faith by offering an olive branch to the Arabs - Libya's Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi

Anything else will probably require years and years of trial and errors.

It is my understanding that there are many Tribes of Africans on the Continent. I do not think uniting the Tribes will be as big of a problem as the Arabs; as long as the government does not force changes upon the Tribes. Due justice to the various Tribes, in my opinion, will be to guarantee the Constitutional - recognition of equal representation in the government. One man - One vote. And this is all the Arabs should demand as Africans. Being a United States of Africa will not require everyone be black Africans, act as black Africans nor even think as black Africans; nor should it require everyone to think and act as Arabs.

With that said I will like to know what you (Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi done to promote unity and co-operation among Africa Arabs, and Native Africans? What have you done to try and promote stability in Sudan and Dufur? It is my understanding that quite a bit of the instability are the results of conflicts among native Africans and Arabs the mere lack of respect for each others.
It is my understanding that you (Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi) has done quite a bit to promote the idea of establishing a United States of Africa and it is my understanding that you have had some very good ideas for Africa. If you do not have any intention of creating an Africa for All African then what else could be your intentions?

Please make sure Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi. gets a copy of this letter. I hope to get a person reply from him. Also, please not the enclosed letter written to Chairperson Ping - The Africa Union Association. The letter is for Col. Quaddafi information.

Thank you,

Letter To Africa Union - Mr Jean Ping

Below is a letter written to Chairman Ping - African Union Association.
The letter read as follows:

Ababa, Ethiopia

Chairperson Ping:

I realize that you are very busy getting ready for the upcoming conference, but I have one more thing to say before the January 2009 conference. That is, I had a chance to do more reading concerning a United States of Africa. I logged on to the United States of Africa blob - web site, and read quite a few of the remarks in response to the question - “Is African unity a dream worth pursuing“?

Prior to the reading, I had read some of the remarks, but this time, I have made and effort to read all of the responses. I am surprise of the number of responses who were very much in favor of an united government - an United States of Africa.

I have notice a great deal of concern for the political views of Africans in the north as opposed to those in Eastern Africa and South Africa. .

Quotes from the United States of Africa - blob web-site.

Abednego Majack in Rumbek, Sudan writes
“United States of Africa? The phrase sound good but the question is, do we really see ourselves as African regardless of our colonial boundaries, religions and regional groupings? Here in Sudan our problem is greed that hides behind religious claims such as a non-Muslim cannot rule a Muslim. What is so much special with our creeds that we totally failed to understand that we are all still Africans living on the African continent?

Kwame Nkrumah's vision of a united Africa is at threat unless the Pan African Ideology is fully understood in Somalia, Sudan, Mauritania and Egypt so that people in these countries see themselves as African and not Arabs, see themselves as brothers and sisters not Muslims and Christians. Acquiring an Arab naturalization either through birth or by religion is fine but does it mean creating an Arab continent within the African one?

The AU must be very serious when considering how to make African unity attractive otherwise the continent will still remain in two halves, sub-Saharan Africa and North Africa and problems will develop along that fault line”

Philip A Boldit in Texas, USA writes
“A United Sates of Africa is a dream that is attainable. Letter Written to:Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai of Zimbabwe

Below is a letter written to Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai. The letter read as follows:

Zimbabwe Political Democratic Party
MDC Head Office
Harvest House
Attention: Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai:
44 Nelson Mandela Avenue
Harare, Zimbabwe

Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai:

With all due respect, I resent African’s Leaders going to the white minorities, other countries and the United Nations to solve African’s problems. In reference to an article published in the USA Today News Paper dated Monday, June 23, 2008 and I quote :”Tsvangirai called on the United Nations, The European Union, and the southern Africa regional bloc to intervene.” unquote.
We all realize that Africa has all kinds of problems; some say that; and I quote “"It's a step forward but we're still a long way off.." Some say, and I quoted ” Uganda: Yes, We Are Not Yet Ready for One Africa.”

And again another says “

“Umaru Yar'Adua, the Nigerian president, says it will be difficult for Africa to form a single state because of huge social and economic inequalities among member states. Addressing the closed session of the African Union (AU) summit, Yar'Adua expressed concerns at the decay of economic integration at regional level.”“President Thabo Mbeki earlier proposed a gradual approach to integration as opposed to the instant creation of a union government. Mbeki's approach includes, among other things, improving the capacity of the AU.” unquote. I expected such an answer for South Africa, other than unification. To me, South Africa has too much of Africa blood on her hand, therefore I rather see some other Africa Country in South Africa position of authority and influence. I should not be saying this when I am suppose to be talking - unity and inclusion. I am sorry to say such..

My comment is that: THEY GOT IT ALL WRONG, THE IDEA IS NOT TO GET THE AU TO FUNCTION LIKE AN WELL OIL MACHINE, AND TRYING TO WAIT UNTIL EACH AFRICAN’S COUNTRY HAS ALL ITS INTERNAT PROBLEMS SOLVED, NOR WAIT UNTIL AFRICA HAS HEALED FROM ITS SCARS AND WOMBS OF INTERNAL CONFLICTS, COLONIALISM, THE APARTHEID, AND ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS, BUT TO SOLVE ALL OF THEM AS A UNITED STATE, AN UNITE STATES OF AFRICA. THIS IS WHERE THE HOPE IS. THIS IS WHERE THE DREAMS ARE, THIS IS WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR ENERY, YOUR HOPE FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION OF AFRICANS.

Africans - your hope for good government and your hope for a new Africa. This is what we all should be working for An United States of Africa.

As long as the Leaders of Africa keep saying wait for this study, or that study, wait for us to get better economically and political - they will be waiting until hell freeze over.

With that said, I have enclose a copy an a document entitled “An Africa Mandate2008.” Forging A Nation. I hope that you and your organization get some inspiration and ideas for the document. You and your organization may use the document as you so desire. I have suggested that a copy of the document be distributed to schools, colleges, and even universities for discussions in their Political Science Classes. ..

Any other time in history I would have been jumping up and down praising you and leaders like you trying to accomplish your mission. I have grown a little weary about most of Africa Leaders goals and intentions. I have become weary of their true objectives as whether they really have the African people welfare at heart. Then I said; O’ Well, and try to convince myself that those African’s Leaders and doing good for the African’s people, but this still does not satisfy my concerns. Like I said, any other time in history I would have been jumping up and down saying - THIS IS GOOD, BUT NOT NOW. I can not be satisfy with anything for the African’s people less than AN UNITED STATES OF AFRICA, and you will understand my position in the enclosed document entitle “A Voice For Africa Campaign 2008. - Forging A Nation.

Thank you,

Letter To President Elect Obama

Below is a letter I wrote to President elect Obama . The letter read as follows:

Attention: Obama For America Operations Team:

For your information.
Letter written 11/18/08 to: Her Excellency Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia. The letter read as follows:

I read an online article in the BBC News dated January 22, 2008, entitled “Struggling but Grateful, Liberia Welcome Bush.“ The article concerning Liberia President Mrs. Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf warm proposal to offer Africom (the Pentagon’s new command headquarters for Africa.) a home base in her Country - Liberia, Africa.

Liberia has expressed interest in playing host to the command, but Africom has met with resistance elsewhere in Africa and for now, the headquarter will remain in Stuttgart, Germany.
I think this is an EXCELLENT IDEA. Africom is exactly what a new government - An United States of Africa needs.

As An United States of Africa the newly formed government must take a harsh role against Rebels, War Lords and other form of disorders. The minute a group of disappointed citizens as well as War Lords take up arms against their government their actions are no longer considered political. Their actions immediately should be immediately be classified as TREASON and or TERROIST and is punished by death in a court of law. This is a must and must be understood by everyone. It will take something no less that this for Africa to get on the right road to becoming the Country it should.

If the African Union and it’s Leaders does not approve a Union Government - An United States of Africa at the Addis Ababa, Ethiopia conference in January 2009, then I believe that Col. Muammar el-Quaddafi, Senegal’s President Adboulayne Wade, those African’s Nation that support the idea of a Unites States of Africa, Community Organization, Civic Leaders, Political Parties and International Organization should:

1. First declare that all Dictatorship form of government are outlawed on the Content of Africa (in the name of the people of Africa). Enforceable by Africom.
2. Second: Declare that ALL 53 African Countries are now a United States of Africa (including all and excluding none). Forget the European Union.
Governors:

Since many of the African’s Leaders are not going to be willing to give up their Rule or power; have them appointed as Governors of the Africa Country they present preside over for a ten year period.

I believe that the majorities of the Dictators did what they had to do; to become a free and independent Nation from Colonial rule and the Apartheid. They did what they had to do; and I do not condemn them. Africa is a large Country with many political and economic views. As time passed, many of them may have lost sight of a well planed objective and purpose. And, I feel that the only way Africa will progress is to become a United States of Africa. I feel that that time has come. It is my belief; that it is now time to move on, to a better Africa.

Many political and economic ideologies have had there changes and now it is time for Africa to become one Nation - A United States of Africa. It is my assumptions, that the leaders of the 53 African Countries; as members of the Africa Union truly believe in doing what is best for Africa and will support an United States of Africa. I really hate to think different.

If their hope - their dream of Independent meant anything to them - then, complete that dream by uniting as one nation declaring Africa an United Government.

Please refer to my proposal entitled “An African Mandate 2008-Forging A Nation.”

Thank you,

Attention: Obama For America Operations Team:

For your information. The following letter was mailed 11/11/08 to Diplomatic representation in the US - Embassy of Kenya. The letter read as follows:

Enclosed, you will find a copy of an article which was printed in the USA Today, Monday November 10, 2008 newspaper (United States of America).

I am very proud of the fact that Africans respects their brother and admire his achievements.
With all due respect -Africans rely and expects foreigners to solve their problems. Acknowledging and recognition of others is a good thing but Africans need to quit begging like a dog and expecting others to solve their problems. This is where Africans fail and made their mistakes in the past as well as today.

Africans already knows what need to be done and with Africans rich resources they can accomplish their task and solve their AID problems, as well as other diseases, build the infrastructure of Africa and do away with corruption, Turn heir economy around and completely revive their political institutions. They can do this but African depends too much on Foreign aid and Foreigners to solve their problems. If Africans thinks that the election of Obama as President of the Untied States will bring Christmas present of Foreign aid, then they may be disappointed. Take a look at the U.S. economy - today. Do you think Obama will be able to bring Christmas presents of foreign aid to Africa? Africa will probably not get all the foreign aid that former president Clinton and President Bush promise. This in itself should tell Africans to learn not to depend on foreign aid. Africa is rich enough to do without anyone foreign aid. But it can not be done as separate - independent countries.

Just look at the past; what did that foreign aid accomplish? NOTHING. And in the future - it will also accomplish NOTHING. You want to know why? Or, do you care? Africans can not solve their problems as individual Countries. It just will not work. The catch is - that Africans can not accomplish the above by being separate and independent countries. It just can not be done that way. It is impossible. And, this is what I tried to emphasize so much in my writing entitled “An Africa Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation,” and the enclosed letter as well as the letters to Obama. As you will note, I emphasize and encourage the need for Africans to support and take the necessary measures to establish the creation of An United States of Africa at the January, 2009 Africa Union Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Enclosed, you will find a copy of an article which was printed in the USA Today, Monday November 10, 2008 newspaper (United States of America).

I am very proud of the fact that Africans respects their brother and admire their achievements.
With all due respect -Africans rely and expects foreigners to solve their problems. Acknowledging and recognition of others is a good thing but Africans need to quit begging like a dog and expecting others to solve their problems. This is one of the reasons why Africans failed and made mistakes in the past as well as today.

Africans already know what need to be done and with Africans rich resources they can accomplish their task and solve their AID problems, as well as other diseases, build the infrastructure of Africa and do away with corruption, Turn heir economy around and completely revive their political institutions. They can do this but African depends too much on Foreign aid and Foreigners to solve their problems. If Africans thinks that the election of Obama as President of the Untied States will bring Christmas presents of Foreign aid, then they may be disappointed.

And, this is what I tried to emphasize so much in my voice for Africa Campaign - with emphasis on
my proposal entitled “An Africa Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation,” and letter as well to Obama. As you will note, I emphasize and encourage the need for Africans to support and take the necessary measures to establish the creation of An United States of Africa at the January, 2009 Africa Union Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

If the African Union and it’s Leaders do not approve a Union Government - An United States of Africa at the Addis Ababa, Ethiopia conference in January 2009, then I believe that Col.

I believe that the majorities of the Dictators did what they had to do; to become a free and independent Nation - from Colonial rule and the Apartheid.

Thank you,

Attention: Obama For America Operations Team:

Now that Obama has been elected the next President of the United States, I wan to see if Obama sticks to the same old status quo when it comes to his Foreign Policies concerning Africa; as indicated in the statement below:

Every time the International Community try to put on a show - to show - the world - that, humanity and care do exist for the African’s Nations, they put on a show and sponsor a few aid’s programs, commit a few million dollars toward Aids and a few of the local diseases that still exist among African’s Nations. Two or three months latter the Aids epidemic gets even worse and the few little millions dollars in foreign aids is gone and never gotten to the people it suppose to have help. IT DEFINATE DID NOT HELP BUILD THE INFRUSTRUCTURE OF AFRICA.
Or, will go for CHANGE, and do what your future Administration can to support the establishing of an United States of Africa as summarized in the document below:

In my effort to support the establishing of an United States of Africa, I wrote 15 Embassies, The Africa Union Association, The Association of African Universities, six Universities across the United States and in the process of writing the U.S. Black Caucus, others were contacted earlier.
I, Ernest L. Herron was minding my own business and going form day to day trying to get my life together as an under employed accountant. I went on my way from day to day; and one day - I was looking at one of the public TV stations. The title of the program I was looking at was “America’s War On Poverty. It was a very informative and interest program that I truly enjoyed.

I did not think that much of the program, but as time pass, the program rang in my head for days and I could not but think about the overall objective of the program which was referred to as Lyndon B. Johnson’s (LBJ) “War On Poverty” - his “Great Society Program. I still did not think too much of the program until it continue to bother me as to - if LBJ “Great Society Program” was such a great thing - then why did it failed?. It is my understanding that most historians consider LBJ’s “Great Society Program” a failure and I wanted to know why. So I decided to do my own research which lead me to writing my very first book entitled, Collection of Short Stories: From My Viewpoint published in 2004 by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc. ISBN Number 0-8059-6532-7 and my second book entitled “Let’s Start A War: A War On Poverty” published in 2005 by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc. ISBN Number 0-8059-6895-3.

Like Lyndon B. Johnson’s Great Society Program - War on Poverty, I became concerned about all the negative news I had heard, read, and saw on TV about Africa. Therefore, I decided to do some research on Africa. I wanted to know why. Why is it that every time I hear about Africa It is always about Aids, disease, droughts, and etc. I began to wonder whether it was all propaganda or what. I have always heard that Africa is a Nation rich in oil and gas and other valuable minerals as well. So it dawn upon me that if the Convenient of Africa is so rich in oil and gas as well a other valuable minerals then, why are Africans so poor, suffering from disease and malnutrition and etc. I remember seeing those old Tarzan movies on TV, reading and hearing all kinds of news about South Africa and Africans struggle against the Apartheid, as well as Mandela struggle. I also read. or was aware of some - history - of Africa’s struggle to gain Independence from Colonialism.

Africa History that struck me the most was, the desire and dreams of many African’s Leaders to “one day” see Africa as a United Africa, An United States of Africa.

People who do not even know where Africa is located on the map; even knows that Africa is a Contentment rich is natural resources, and yet, its people are very poor.

I still had no intentions of writing another book nor venture into politics as a result of this task. But my research and concern for Africa did lead to gathering quite a bit of research material. I still had no intentions of doing anything with the material but I could not resist from writing a synopsis of the material that I had gather. That material led me to the writing of a document I named “An Africa Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation” which was sent to various individuals and organizations.

If an United States Of Africa is Created, this in itself will be like a miracle and the African people shall rejoice and be glad in it. They can develop new hope and idea for the future. They can realize that THEY AND NOT FOREIGNERS HAVE A COUNTRY TO BUILD.
Africans can learn how to have RESPECT and Dignity for their Country. Africans can generate a new attitude and pride in their Country. This is what creating a United States of Africa is all about. NEW HOPE IF NOTHING ELSE. And Africa can use plenty of new hope.

THE IDEA IS FOR AFRICA TO SOLVE all OF ITS PROBLEMS together , (and get away from the idea of begging fro foreign aid) AS ONE NATION. THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA. And this needs no additional studies. Like Nike say's JUST DO IT.

It is my belief that the idea of Regional Integration is another form Economic Slavery brought on as a results of brainwashing African Leader into thinking that each African Nation can survive as individual Nations, which got it roots from Colonialism, Apartheid, IMF, World Bank and other forms of economic slavery. Because, in the long-run the majority of the African Nations WILL NOT survive with the highest standard of living for its people. Yes, Regional Integration will probably work in another one hundred years, but who’s talking about individualism or a hundred years from now?

It is my opinion that it is now time to move on to a better Africa. Many political and economic ideologies have had there changes and now it is time for Africa to become one Nation - An United States of Africa..

Africa should have a “War On Poverty” program declaring that ALL resources including land and especially oil and gas and all form of energy and wild life declared as properties of the people of Africa. As an United States Of Africa a Department of Treasury (National Treasury of the United States of Africa) should be created and collect royalties from any and all business ventures involving Africa Resources as well as energy. The National Resource Department shall be the stewardship of such resources and should have the responsibility of collecting all royalties from those ventures.

Africa should not let foreigners drill and take oil from Africa land just for the sake of doing so. Any economic ventures should be for the purpose of building the infrastructure of Africa even if it mean re-negotiating all oil and gas contacts. Put Africa First. Any economic venture shall pay royalties to the National Treasury.

As an United States of Africa, the newly formed government must take a harsh role against corruption, and disorder. It must take a hard stand against Rebels, War Lords and other form of disorders. The minute a group of disappointed citizens as well as War Lords take up arms against their government; their actions should be no longer considered political. Their actions should immediately be classified as TREASON and or TERROIST and is punished by death in a court of law. This is a must and must be understood by everyone. It will take something no less than this for Africa to get on the right road to becoming the great Country it should be.

I hope that Obama's Administration will find this document useful in establishing its Foreign Policies toward Africa. The Africa Union is aware of the previous material I submitted to Obama and will be advise of this material as well. I am in the process of submitting a copy to the U.S. Black Caucus. Others have received a copy such as: various Embassies around the world, various organizations and some U.S. Universities as well as The Association of African Universities.

Thank you,
