Attention: Obama For America Operations Team:

Enclosed, you will find a copy of an article which was printed in the USA Today, Monday November 10, 2008 newspaper (United States of America).

I am very proud of the fact that Africans respects their brother and admire their achievements.
With all due respect -Africans rely and expects foreigners to solve their problems. Acknowledging and recognition of others is a good thing but Africans need to quit begging like a dog and expecting others to solve their problems. This is one of the reasons why Africans failed and made mistakes in the past as well as today.

Africans already know what need to be done and with Africans rich resources they can accomplish their task and solve their AID problems, as well as other diseases, build the infrastructure of Africa and do away with corruption, Turn heir economy around and completely revive their political institutions. They can do this but African depends too much on Foreign aid and Foreigners to solve their problems. If Africans thinks that the election of Obama as President of the Untied States will bring Christmas presents of Foreign aid, then they may be disappointed. Take a look at the U.S. economy - today. Do you think Obama will be able to bring Christmas presents of foreign aid to Africa? Africa will probably not get all the foreign aid that former president Clinton and President Bush promise. This in itself should tell Africans to learn not to depend on foreign aid. Africa is rich enough to do without anyone foreign aid. But it can not be done as separate - independent countries. Just look at the past; what did that foreign aid accomplish? NOTHING. And in the future - it will also accomplish NOTHING. You want to know why? Or, do you care? Africans can not solve their problems as individual Countries. It just will not work.

The catch is - that Africans can not accomplish the above by being separate and independent countries. It just can not be done that way. It is impossible. And, this is what I tried to emphasize so much in my voice for Africa Campaign - with emphasis on
my proposal entitled “An Africa Mandate 2008 - Forging A Nation,” and letter as well to Obama. As you will note, I emphasize and encourage the need for Africans to support and take the necessary measures to establish the creation of An United States of Africa at the January, 2009 Africa Union Conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

If the African Union and it’s Leaders do not approve a Union Government - An United States of Africa at the Addis Ababa, Ethiopia conference in January 2009, then I believe that Col. Muammar el-Quaddafi, Senegal’s President Adboulayne Wade, those African’s Nation that support the idea of a Unites States of Africa, Community Organization, Civic Leaders, Political Parties and International Organization should:

1. First declare that all Dictatorship form of government are outlawed on the Content of Africa (in the name of the people of Africa). Enforceable by Africom.
2. Second: Declare that ALL 53 African Countries are now a United States of Africa (including all and excluding none). Forget the European Union.

Governors:
Since many of the African’s Leaders are not going to be willing to give up their Rule or power; have them appointed as Governors of the Africa Country they present preside over for a ten year period.

I believe that the majorities of the Dictators did what they had to do; to become a free and independent Nation - from Colonial rule and the Apartheid. They did what they had to do; and I do not condemn them. Africa is a large Country with many political and economic views. As time passed, many of them may have lost sight of a well planed objective and purpose. And, I feel that the only way Africa will progress is to become a United States of Africa. I feel that that time has come. It is my belief; that it is now time to move on, to a better Africa.

Many political and economic ideologies have had there changes and now it is time for Africa to become one Nation - A United States of Africa. It is my assumptions, that the leaders of the 53 African Countries; as members of the Africa Union truly believe in doing what is best for Africa and will support an United States of Africa. I really hate to think different. If their hope - their dream of Independent meant anything to them - then, complete that dream by uniting as one nation declaring Africa an United Government.

Thank you,
